Help Make Addiction and Mental Health Recovery Accessible To All
Dunham House in CTV News & The Montreal Gazette
You may have heard about Dunham House recently on CTV News and in the Montreal Gazette.
We are grateful to CTV News and the Montreal Gazette for helping share the story of Dunham House and highlighting the broader conversation around mental health, addiction and access to treatment.

The stories brought attention to the work happening here every day — and to a much larger issue: the growing need for accessible mental health and addiction treatment in our communities.
On our 85 acres in the Eastern Townships, people work through addiction and mental health together — not one or the other — with clinical care, connection, structure, and the time it takes to do the work.
But providing this kind of care takes more than a building and a program. It takes people, resources, ongoing investment and a commitment to continually improving how we support those who come through our doors.
Your support helps make that possible.
Donations to Dunham House help us maintain and strengthen our operations, continue providing high-quality clinical care, and develop new and improved therapeutic, wellness and activity offerings for our residents.
Your generosity helps us continue creating an environment where people can focus on recovery while having access to the care, connection and experiences that support their journey.
If you believe everyone deserves a chance to recover, please consider making a donation using the donation form at the top right of this page.

Help Us Bridge the Gap
Dunham House was founded to provide high-quality care for English-speaking individuals experiencing addiction and concurrent mental health challenges.
As a registered Canadian charity, we offer both private and publicly funded programs. Yet many people fall between the cracks — they need treatment but do not qualify for publicly funded care because they are not receiving social assistance, while the full cost of private treatment remains out of reach
The Dunham House Sponsorship Fund exists to help bridge that gap.
Your donation can help provide access to:
Residential addiction and concurrent mental health treatment
Clinical and therapeutic support
A safe, structured and supportive environment
Individualized recovery planning
Life-skills development
Community and connection
The time and space needed to establish a foundation for recovery
Behind every sponsorship is a person, a family and an opportunity for change.
Your generosity can help give someone that opportunity.

We Believe Recovery Should Be Accessible
Everyone Deserves a Chance to Recover
The conversation around mental health and addiction needs to go beyond individual treatment programs.
Mental health is connected to education, employment, healthcare, housing, family stability and community well-being.
When someone is struggling, the consequences can extend far beyond the individual. They can affect families, workplaces, schools, emergency services and communities.
That is why we believe in investing not only in crisis response, but in early intervention, treatment, recovery and long-term support.
The recent coverage of Dunham House in CTV News and the Montreal Gazette has helped bring this conversation into the public eye.
We intend to keep that conversation going.
But while the larger conversation continues, people need help today.
And the work of providing that care never stops.
Everyone Deserves a Chance to Recover
The need is here.
The people are here.
With your support, we can continue to be here too.
