Our integrated approach specializes in addiction and provides support for concurrent mental health disorders. Addiction challenges are addressed using a variety of evidence-based therapies, including equine, art, horticultural and CBT. The Foundational Building Blocks of Our Programs

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy helps individuals identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviours that contribute to addiction and mental health disorders.

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

    Dialectical Behaviour Therapy helps individuals develop skills in emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness to manage intense emotions and improve relationships.

  • Motivational Interviewing helps individuals explore their ambivalence towards change and increases their motivation to make positive changes in their lives.

  • Relapse prevention therapy helps individuals identify and manage triggers and develop coping strategies to prevent relapse.

  • Therapeutic community programs provide a supportive and structured environment where individuals can learn from each other, develop new social skills and build a long-term sobriety community.
