Dunham House is Quebec’s Only English-speaking Centre Specializing in Dual Diagnosis
Dunham House is the only treatment centre in Quebec that operates in English and specializes in dual diagnosis. Our primary focus is the treatment of addiction. For individuals who are also struggling with mental health challenges, we work closely with a network of trusted mental health partners to ensure they receive the additional support they need. We provide a refuge for clients across Quebec, Canada, and the North-Eastern US.
We are a non-profit organization offering access to care through private-pay, insurance-covered admissions, funded social assistance (welfare) placements, and services for Indigenous communities.

30-Day Program
Our 1-Month Program offers an intensive recovery experience. this program is ideal for individuals seeking transformative treatment in a supportive environment.

90-Day Program
A mid-term program emphasizing emotional regulation, trauma processing, and behavioral change through intensive therapy and evidence-based skill integration within a supportive community.

6-Month Program
Our 6-Month Program offers an extended recovery approach. It allows ample time to address underlying issues, establish new routines, and solidify recovery strategies.
– OUTPATIENT TREATMENT –
Outpatient Services in Montreal for Ongoing Support
Our outpatient services provide ongoing support for individuals who have completed residential treatment, or for those who require flexible treatment options. Located in Montreal at the Queen Elizabeth Health Complex, our outpatient programs offer individual and group (including family) counselling, trained peer support and alumni groups to help individuals maintain their recovery.
